Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice

What's fall without a little (or a lot) of Pumpkin Spice? Better yet - what's fall without the classic spiced flavors of Angelino's Pumpkin Spice coffee?

We look forward to releasing our regular and decaf Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice coffees every year. This year, we'd like to kick things off with a few coffee recipes that are sure to get you in the mood for everything fall.

Frozen Pumpkin Swirl Blended Coffee

Ingredients:

Directions: 

  1. Brew Angelino's Pumpkin Spice coffee and set aside.
  2. Add milk, pureed pumpkin, ice, and vanilla extract to blender. Pour in brewed coffee.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour blended mixture into a tall glass. Add a straw and enjoy!

Pro Fall Tip: Top drink with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice seasoning for an extra dash of fall goodness!

 

Maple Pumpkin Decaf Latte

Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  1. Brew Angelino's Decaf Pumpkin Spice Coffee into a large mug.
  2. Froth milk using an electric or hand milk frother.
  3. Stir maple syrup into brewed coffee and use sweetener to sweeten coffee to taste.
  4. Top coffee mixture with frothed milk.
  5. Sip and enjoy!

Take It Up a Notch: Looking for that extra kick? Sprinkle a bit of pumpkin spice seasoning on top of your frothed milk and add a cinnamon stick.

 

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

For the Coffee Cake:

  • 2 oz. brewed Angelino's Pumpkin Spice Coffee
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

For the Crumb Topping:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp cold unsalted butter
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice

       For the Icing: 

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

For the Crumb Topping:

  1. Combine sugar, flour, and pumpkin pie spice together in a medium bowl.
  2. Using a fork, cut in the cold butter until small clumps form.
  3. Set aside.

For the Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk all dry ingredients, including spices, together in a large bowl.
  3. Add your brewed coffee, milk and oil to dry mixture and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour mixture into large round baking pan, lightly greased.
  5. Sprinkle crumb topping all over cake mixture.
  6. Bake 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Slice and enjoy with your favorite fall coffee drink!

      For the Icing: 

  1. Combine powered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together in small bowl until smooth.
  2. Drizzle over top of coffee cake.

Add Some Extra Fall Flair: Top with whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for some added fall flavor. Yum!
