Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us right away! We will gladly exchange or refund any unopened boxes shipped back to us within the first 30 days of your orders ship date. We do not provide return shipping labels. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense. To begin the returns process, please package your coffee securely:
- Include a note specifying your contact information and if you would like a refund or an exchange. If exchanging, please note which products you would like.
- Ship with the carrier of your choice to:

Please note, for items that are either defective, incorrect, or missing, Angelino's Coffee will re-ship at no charge to customers. Please feel free to email us at customercare@angelinos.com with any questions regarding returns.

Due to the rarity and value of the coffees in this collection, Cup of Excellence purchases cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please share unwanted coffees with friends so they don't go to waste!
