    First time trying this flavor & I love it! When I first bought your K-cups I had a problem with it jamming my Keurig & your customer service team mailed me a little piece to install but it didn’t work! I figured it out. Underneath the top foil piece, you have a plastic piece that didn’t pierce when closing the Keurig. Once I pushed it manually from the top to pierce it, it works great. You have to take this information to your product team & change those k-cups!

    Flavorful Favorite

    Although caffeine works well for some folks, I'm already a hyped up person. I don't need added jitters. Too many times decafs don't have enough flavor. Not the case with Decaf Jamaican Me Crazy. This is the 2nd time I've ordered it and I'm very pleased!
