With your permission as part of the check out process, deliveries will be billed to your credit card of record. We accept all major credit cards -- VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For safety, your credit card information is encrypted and locked so that it may not be viewed by outside parties, Angelino's Coffee employees, or customer service representatives. Angelino's Coffee will never display your complete credit card number on-screen.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Angelino's Coffee will gladly exchange or replace any unopened product within the first 15 days from the ship date, so please notify Angelino's Coffee right away! We are unable to accept returns after 15 days from the ship date. On any individual product purchases that are returned, you will receive a credit for the full price that you paid for the product, and you will only incur the shipping cost, which would not be refunded. This 15-day return policy applies to all orders with the exception of promotional offers, for the Home Delivery Service or other subscription and non-subscription products with which a gift item/premium is included at an introductory promotional price. On any order that is returned, you will receive a store credit which you may apply toward the purchase of any Angelino's Coffee product or merchandise for yourself or others.
For the return of paid items that are either broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, Angelino's Coffee will re-ship at no charge to customers once the damaged item is shipped back and received. If the item was a Free Promotional item, Angelino's Coffee will send a replacement Free Promotional item if they are still available on a subsequent shipment the customer will receive. If the customer cancels their membership, a replacement Free Promotional item can not be re-sent.
Once we start roasting your order all credits must be given as store credits. We are unable to issue a credit back to your credit card. Store credits are valid for 90 days from date of issuance.
Along with your deliveries, you will receive special offers, promotions, tips, and seasonal catalogs from Angelino's Coffee.
Limit one offer or membership per household, anyone can be denied at any time.
Orders are subject to approval.
All offers are subject to expiration and availability.
For any offer or promotion, Angelino's Coffee reserves the right to substitute for the free gift, another gift of equal or greater value when limited supplies are exceeded. As always, your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return the substituted item if you are not satisfied.
All prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Angelino's Coffee.
Shipment Arrival Time:
Your coffee will be fresh roasted-to-order after you place your order, usually the next day. It typically takes 48 - 72 hours to roast and ship coffee orders. Shipping times for orders that do not include coffee are commonly 24 - 48 hours. Shipping dates may be impacted by weekends and holidays. Orders are sent via UPS, USPS, or OnTrac. Depending on your location, typical shipping times range from 1 to 10 days.
Angelino's covers the shipping cost of its outbound orders. Shipping costs vary based on weight, delivery method, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
To Cancel Your Membership:
You can cancel your membership with the click of a button. Log into your account and click “Cancel.” Your account will remain active for you to place one-time orders or reactivate whenever you’d like! Contact our Customer Service team Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time.
1. Angelino's Coffee SMS and MMS Program; If opted-in, you can expect exclusive news announcing product launches as well as sales and promos.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at email@example.com or 1.888.407.0889.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive between 1-10 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
