    First time trying this flavor & I love it! When I first bought your K-cups I had a problem with it jamming my Keurig & your customer service team mailed me a little piece to install but it didn’t work! I figured it out. Underneath the top foil piece, you have a plastic piece that didn’t pierce when closing the Keurig. Once I pushed it manually from the top to pierce it, it works great. You have to take this information to your product team & change those k-cups!

    Nice Flavor

    It's hard to find a really good decaf, but I've finally found some! Love this! Nice to have in the evenings or late afternoon, and I don't have to have the caffeine keep me awake at night!
