My husband and I absolutely love the low acid coffee. It allows us to have a cup of coffee and not tear up our stomachs and give us heartburn. It has good flavor and depth to it. We tried quite an array of other coffees from this company and enjoyed most of them. The Mad professor was the bottom one that neither one of us cared for, we had to really doll it up. I encourage people to try different flavors. The origins from which the bean comes from provides such a different depth of flavor profiles.
