THAILAND #1: This honey-processed Java from Coffee de Hmong Bio earned Thailand’s top score at 91.80. It offers bright green tea and jasmine layered with sun-ripened stone fruit, tangy tamarind, and a soft brown sugar finish. A vibrant, floral-forward cup crafted by Wichai Kamnerdmongkon, one of Thailand’s rising stars in specialty coffee.
