Refreshing Summer Coffee Recipes

Sun’s out, glasses up! This summer, we’re getting a little more creative with our iced coffee recipes. After spending the last year indoors, we’re all on our way to spending the majority of this summer outside and that means staying refreshed with an ice cold, delicious coffee drink. Refreshing to say the least, these iced coffee recipes will be your next favorite go-to drink.


Mint Mojito Iced Coffee


Nothing beats a refreshing mint mojito iced coffee on a hot summer day. This recipe is tasty with or without alcohol.

For optimal flavor, be sure to use a delicious Dark Roast coffee for the best flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz of Angelino’s Dark Roast chilled
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup or your choice of sweetener
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of your choice of milk
  • Ice


Directions:

  • Add your chilled brew and sweetener to a cocktail shaker.
  • Mint leaves are optional but sure do add a little extra magic!
  • Pour in milk and a handful of ice.
  • Shake until all ingredients are incorporated and chilled.
  • Pour the drink into a glass filled with ice and start sipping!

Iced Dirty Chai Latte

Iced Dirty Chai Latte
We all love the spicy blend of cinnamon and cardamom especially when poured in a glass of ice on a hot summer day. Take a break from steamed milk and make yourself an iced dirty chai latte from home.

To make this recipe, make sure you have your Keurig ready and Angelino’s Bombay Chai coffee to brew. The recipe below makes two 12 oz servings.

Ingredients:


Directions:

  • Prepare your tea and dark roast coffee using your Keurig brewer. Let sit until cool, then mix in your desired amount of honey in the tea. Pour over ice.
  • Add coffee and milk, then stir to mix.
  • Give your recipe a kick by adding ground cinnamon or cardamom.

 

Iced Mocha Popsicle

Iced Mocha Popsicle

The only thing better than coffee to start the day, is coffee for dessert too! This popsicle recipe combines the ultimate duo—coffee and chocolate—for a delicious summer treat.


Ingredients:


Directions:

  • Mix milk and cold brewed coffee in a separate glass or container.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips in the bottom of each popsicle mold.
  • Pour cold brew mixture in each mold.
  • Insert one popsicle stick per mold and freeze.

 

This recipe can be used with other flavors including: French Vanilla, Caramel Crème, or Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. Get creative and try them all!
