Los Angeles, CA, July 15, 2024 - Angelino’s Coffee is excited to announce they have secured another #1 win at the Cup of Excellence (COE) Auction, this time in Honduras. The award-winning coffee, one of two Presidential winners, originates from Las Salsa Farm in Las Vegas, Santa Bárbara, Honduras, celebrated for its exceptional quality and flavor. This achievement further solidifies Angelino's Coffee as a leading and distinguished presence in the coffee industry, standing out among elite roasters and traders for the second time this year.

The Cup of Excellence (COE), based in Portland, Oregon, organizes esteemed coffee competitions across 11 countries, dedicated to identifying and honoring the highest-quality small-lot coffees. The COE meticulously assesses these coffees through numerous cupping sessions led by both local and international judges, with winning cups subjected to rigorous testing and evaluations.

Benjamin Paz, the farmer and producer behind La Salsa Farm, is a cornerstone of his community, exemplifying meticulous care and preparation in coffee cultivation. As a repeat winner at the COE, Paz clinched first place again with his Geisha variety in the 2024 Honduras competition, evidence of his commitment and passion for consistently producing outstanding coffee.
