This fun summer coffee cocktail combines the classic taste of brandy, whiskey, and Kahlúa with the bold flavors of Angelino's Italian Roast coffee for the perfect boozy summer treat. 😎🥃 Plus, you can make this recipe in just a few simple steps. Take a look!

Ingredients:

For the coffee:

  • .75 oz (1/2 shot) your favorite brandy
  • .75 oz (1/2 shot) your favorite honey whiskey
  • 1.5 oz (1 shot) Kahlúa coffee liquor
  • 4 oz brewed Angelino's Italian Roast (ground or whole)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice

For the whipped topping:

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Sugar or sweetener of choice

Note: Alternatively, you can use premade whipped cream.

Instructions:

  1. Brew Angelino's Italian Roast coffee and set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream and sweeten to taste. Using an electric mixer or whisk, beat until soft peaks form.
  3. Add brandy, honey whiskey, Kahlúa, and chocolate syrup into a tall glass. Stir well.
  4. Add ice to glass and pour in brewed coffee.
  5. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

For that Extra Kick: Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a cherry on top for a little extra coffee magic in your glass.

Looking for a Non-Alcoholic Alternative? Try substituting the Kahlua and brandy with a tbsp of vanilla syrup and a tsp of brown sugar. Substitute the honey whiskey with a 1/2 tsp of honey.
