Rewards terms & conditions:
All unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more. Customers will receive an email notification before expiration. Issued rewards do not expire. Product specific rewards (eg. tumblers) are valid while supplies last.
To advance to the next VIP tier, you must earn a minimum number of points in a calendar year (365 days). VIP tiers expire if eligibility is not granted year over year. If you've advanced to Gold, for example, you will remain in that tier and earn 2x for the next year, unless you a) earn less than 1000 points and drop to Silver status or b) earn 2000+ points and advance to Platinum.
