Coffee Banana Bread Recipe

Coffee Banana Bread Recipe

The real question is: who doesn’t love banana bread?

If you didn’t already know, Banana Bread is one of the most baked recipes as of the last few months. With the increase of work-from-home employees, this gives more time to get creative with family-loved recipes. This warm, tasty and comforting treat is already good as is, but imagine a coffee version of it?! *chef’s kiss*

Extremely easy to make and keeps you from wasting those bananas that have been sitting out on your counter, this recipe will be the cherry on top of your mornings paired with your favorite cup of coffee. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz of Angelino’s Dark Roast Coffee
  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 ½ sticks Softened Butter
  • 1 ½ cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ½ cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Chopped Walnuts

*You may make substitutions to the ingredients as you see fit*

Instructions:
  • Brew your coffee and let it cool down to room temperature.
  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grab a mixing bowl, soften the butter and mix in with dark brown sugar.
  • Add in bananas, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Then, combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Combine all the ingredients, slowly adding in the coffee in increments until smooth. Lastly, add in the cinnamon and walnuts.
  • Prepare the pan with baking spray and add in your bread batter. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden. Be sure to test the bread by taking a toothpick to poke in every so often.

With the perfect subtle hint of coffee flavor in the bread, this recipe is one of our favorites! Be sure to share your experience with us by tagging us on social! @angelinoscoffee #angelinoscoffee
