The Perfect Cold Brew

Cold brew coffee is simple to make and has some wonderfully flavorful benefits, including being naturally more flavorful with lower acidity and boasting higher caffeine levels than hot brewed coffee. Not to mention, brewing one batch of this magical cold water steeped coffee can last up to a week for a fraction of what you pay at a local coffee shop.☕️😋

And we haven't even told you the best part - it's really easy to make!

Here's how you brew the perfect ratio of cold brew to fuel your mornings and craft some of your favorite iced recipes!

    What You'll Need

    • 1 cup Angelino's whole bean coffee
    • 4 cups of cold, filtered water
    • Coffee strainer: Reusable metal or mesh coffee filter, or a French press will work!
    • 1 large container with lid (56 oz or larger capacity)
    • 1 large mason jar

    Step 1:

Start by grinding your Angelino’s whole beans on extra coarse grind setting.

    Step 2:

Place your ground coffee in your container then pour cool, filtered water in.

    Step 3:

Gently mix to ensure that the grounds are wet.

    Step 4:

Seal and let steep in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.

    Step 5:

Place filter above your mason jar and strain the coffee into it. Voila! You've got cold brewed coffee!

Expert Tip: Store cold brew in the fridge for up to a week. For extra flavor, add in syrups and milk of your choice. Sip & enjoy with your friends and family!

Disclaimer: Whole bean coffee for this recipe is preferred for optimal flavor.
